Mural Dedication Event, Oct. 28, ’22

New teaching resources

In collaboration with teachers at Evanston Township High School in Evanston, Illinois, Dr. Kate Masur and her team of researchers at Northwestern University have added teaching resources to their outstanding CCP exhibit Black Organizing in Pre-Civil War Illinois. I am very happy to be a part of the effort of making this resource available.

Delaware Black History

In April 2021, Delaware passed HB 198, requiring each school district and charter school in Delaware to create and implement a K-12 curriculum on Black History.
